I am not even thinking about being PG for almost another year but have already thought about this and planned it :clucky:

For a girl I am having a secret garden theme with birds/owls and flowers as the theme.

For a boy thinking paper planes or transport.

Ours is African, but D is still in our room at this point.

So we have a lot of quilt covers and sheets with African animals on them; I have wall prints of elephants and giraffes and monkeys and the like; I also have a big photo montage of babies and children that I took photos of whilst in Rwanda.

And my best friend had a quilt made for me whilst she was in Zimbabwe - it's got elephants and zebras all over it!

we have butterflies and dragonflies and birds. all in either pink or a pale yellow. I'm in the process of making a bunting for Ame's wall.

We did monkeys......thought it was fairly gender neutral. If I have a girl one day I would like to do a gorgeous turquoise wall with some kind of white/pink accents - I love owls and birds so that might work. If we end up with another boy, I will probably just leave the room as it is. I need to think of something for when A moves to his new room.

So, I could be putting the cart before the horse so to speak... but I've decided when we do have a bubba I want a Winnie the Pooh nursery theme.
Do you have a theme in your nursery, and if so, what is it? :D

hehe Thomas has a kidsline Winnie the Pooh theme :thumb:

http://www.kidslineinternational.com/pr ... t/pooh.php

He has the cot bedding & valance, window valance, rug, lamp, wall hangings, hamper

When hes 1 im going to put his winnie stuff into storage for bub #2 and do a transport theme :)

Matty has the Kidsline Pooh theme too.

We've got the quilt (we don't use it though), mobile (also don't use anymore), floor mat and frieze. We've got a fairly large Eeyore, Tigger and Pooh toy (and heaps of others) on his bookcase. He's got a single bed in his room also, that just has a green quilt on it with pale blue pillows, and he has brown curtains. I didn't want to go too OTT, but everything matches the colour scheme nicely. When we have another bub we'll change the curtains and keep the rest, moving Matty to a new room we'll decorate for him.

Our decision was easy for us as I've always liked Pooh

No real theme here. ATM I love the colors Orange, egg shell blue and white for the nursery. All our nursery furniture is white. I am also looking to put a wall sticker up of a dandelion but wondering whether it is too girly??? Decisions!

My little boy is having a puppy theme nursery..... I'm obsessed with puppies and dogs in general. Have wall decals, mobile, manchester, wall art and even a giant soft puppy. Poor kid is probably going to hate dogs
