My kids love joke in noodles C, but I can never get the taste as good as the shops.. What do you use for the sauce?

G is a very picky eater due to his sensory issues/asd so when I find something he will eat, I try lots of ways t make it so he doesn't get sick of it lol

Tonight I made lasagne.. I don't eat it, so I made a for bit, and froze half for another night..

I just bought myself a premade chicken Kiev.

What's for dinner? Thread #10

Geolay, I make it with a combination of dark soy, light soy and oyster sauce, plus a splash of sesame seed oil. Proportion wise, for a 500g bag of noodles + other ingredients, it's probably about 1 tbsp dark soy (add more if you like the noodles really dark), 2 tbsp oyster sauce and light soy seasoned to taste.
