Creamy chicken pasta bake. Great for using up the leftover roast chicken and bean salad we had from the night before. I added sundried tomatoes, baby spinach, cooked pasta, cheese sauce to the chopped up french beans (which was in a salad last night with parmesan cheese and walnuts) and shredded chicken. Topped it with cheese and panko - it was yummy with a nice crunchy baked topping!
Made some broth this morning with bonito flakes and sea kelp. So it will be miso ramen noodle soup topped with blanched baby spinach, enoki mushrooms, silken tofu and pork slices (great way to use up leftover roast pork). Yummy!
