Creamy chicken pasta bake. Great for using up the leftover roast chicken and bean salad we had from the night before. I added sundried tomatoes, baby spinach, cooked pasta, cheese sauce to the chopped up french beans (which was in a salad last night with parmesan cheese and walnuts) and shredded chicken. Topped it with cheese and panko - it was yummy with a nice crunchy baked topping!

I need inspiration! I've got diced beef and we've already had rice, pasta and cous cous this week. Any ideas for me? Hmm...maybe a pie...

I've made beef stroganoff and I'm going to put mashed potato and cheese on top. I've never made either of your suggestions C. One day :)

Tonight I'm making a chicken, cream cheese and spinach roll. It sounds tasty so fingers crossed it tastes it when it's cooked!!!!! It looks pretty disgusting at the moment!!

Here's the "after" shot. It is really yummy!!

Made some broth this morning with bonito flakes and sea kelp. So it will be miso ramen noodle soup topped with blanched baby spinach, enoki mushrooms, silken tofu and pork slices (great way to use up leftover roast pork). Yummy!

I started off cooking porterhouse steak and stir fried vegetables with oyster sauce. I decided that wasn't enough so I added egg noodles and sliced up the steak. Was yum!

Baked crispy buttermilk chicken with oven baked chips and coleslaw. I marinated it overnight and I couldn't believe how tender they were after only cooking the pieces in the oven for 40 mins
