Oh bummer Fee! You might have to try covering it with a net. My Dad does that with his vegie patch, he set up some cage thing so protect his tomatoes and other stuff the birds and possums go for!

My herb box is a bit sad too. Only parsley, thyme and rosemary left. Oh and a few chives. I must plant some more and then I want to plant more vegies too. I need to clean up the vegie patch as everything is seeding. But I did collect heaps of brocolli seeds.

We have a good harvest this winter - we have harvested heritage carrots, snowpeas and bok choy this autumn/winter. The broccoli should be ready to harvest in 6 weeks or so, the rest (cauliflower, brussel sprouts seem a bit slower, and we planted celery and butter lettuce much later in the season)

I am not very good at collecting my own seeds. I am trying to grow some from seed though - we now have seedlings for chard, bok choy and wombok. Just waiting for them to grow bigger before planting them into the patch.

Sorry for the hijack WACM - this has totally gone off topic now!
