I had a cooking disaster tonight. I made the thermomix vege stock concentrate which has 150g salt in it. Then I made cauliflower and leek soup without washing out the bowl. Added 2tbspn stock concentrate as per recipe. I obviously underestimated how much residual stock was in the bowl, because my soup is disgustingly salty
I have tried to rescue it by cooking potato in it, adding some water, adding cream and brown sugar. All google suggestions. No change really. Any suggestions before I tip it down the sink?
Should I just boil some cauliflower and purÃ©e it and mix it through?
