Rhubarb

What do you do with rhubarb? I've only stewed it and made crumble with it. I'd love a nice slice recipe if anyone's got one.

I stew it also and have with porridge, in a crumble with appe in a pie or with yoghurt. Yum yum yum, love the stuff, just not very good at growing it.

I use it to top cakes. ie A crumble like topping on a plainish cake. It's good with apple slices as well - like a crumble topped cake.

Homemade rhubarb and strawberry icecream. It would need to be almost puree in consistency to not have too many lumps and bumps in the icecream.
