Yum Megs! I've got big plans once my tomatoes ripen. Last season we gave away and wasted heaps because I had a clingy 4mo. This season I want to do sundried, passata and relish.

I had my first go at using Mason jars to preserve today. Made cranberry relish and apple sauce. A bit overkill as we'll eat it Christmas day, but was interesting to see the process.

Looks good Megs :) I love seeing jars of preserved goods, such a throwback to the past.

Tonight I'm making spag bol. So far I have:
* made my own mince
* made my own tomato purée
* grated carrot and zucchini

And soon I will make pasta. All in my kitchenaid. I love it so much

I have found I can shred cooked meat in the kitchenaid!!!! I did it with poached chicken the other day and tonight I did it with the pork (after slow cooking all day)

Tortillas! I made the dough in my food processor. They were very yummy, but not very round.

Megs, I turned the oven on at 9;30 am and switched it off at 2:30 pm!!!! Took forever :) Admittedly the top layer was a Mudcake so it took about an hour and a half alone to cook.
Radge, it was very yum! Cream cheese frosting on the outside which is my fav.
Never again though!!!!!

Yum Shell!

Today I made spinach wraps, so good! I often have leftover baby spinach, this will be a great way to use it up.

Homemade almond milk! Easy to make as long as you remember to soak the almonds overnight. Then there is left over almond meal to use too :smile:
